| BELLA MARE - 6 CABIN GULET FOR SALE IN TURKEY |
|
Own your private gulet in the Mediterranean - enjoy her with your family and friends, and let her work for you when you are not on board. Bella Mare offers a unique opportunity for
buyers who want to combine the pleasure of private yacht ownership with an established charter operation in Turkey. With 6 comfortable cabins for up to 12 guests, including 2 Master
and 4 Double Cabins, Bella Mare is an excellent choice for family holidays, groups of friends and private charter guests. Her spacious deck areas, comfortable accommodation and
established charter setup make Bella Mare suitable for both private Mediterranean cruising and commercial charter operation. OWN YOUR GULET - AND LET HER WORK FOR YOU The Aegean and Mediterranean offer an approximately 24-week charter season, generally from May through October. As the owner of Bella Mare, you can combine your own holidays with commercial charter operation. A typical ownership model can be: 10-12 Weeks of Charter Operation During selected weeks when you are not using Bella Mare, we can market and operate the yacht for commercial charters, generating charter income for the owner. 10-12 Weeks Reserved for You The remaining selected weeks can be reserved for you, your family, friends and personal guests. Enjoy your own private gulet and spend your summer cruising between Bodrum, Marmaris, Gocek, Fethiye and the beautiful bays of the Turkish Aegean and Mediterranean. LET YOUR YACHT HELP PAY FOR YOUR YACHTING LIFESTYLE Owning a yacht does not mean she has to remain unused when you are away. During the weeks you are not on board, Bella Mare can continue working in the charter market. Income generated from approximately 10-12 charter weeks per season can contribute significantly towards annual crew, maintenance and operating expenses, helping offset the annual cost of yacht ownership. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy a substantial part of the Mediterranean season aboard your own private gulet while your yacht generates income during the weeks you are not using her. You own the yacht. You choose your private weeks. We operate her during the charter weeks. YOU OWN BELLA MARE - WE CAN CONTINUE TO OPERATE HER One of the major advantages of purchasing Bella Mare is that she is already an established charter yacht. You do not necessarily need to build a charter operation from the beginning. Subject to a separate yacht management agreement, Blue Cruise Bodrum can continue marketing and operating Bella Mare on behalf of her new owner. With more than 35 years of experience in yacht charter in Turkey, we can assist with international charter marketing, enquiries, reservations, guest communication, crew organization, charter planning and operational coordination. The concept is simple: Enjoy Bella Mare when you want her. Let us operate her when you don't. ASKING PRICE: € 2,000,000 Bella Mare is available for inspection in Turkey. For serious buyers, we can provide additional photographs, inventory information, charter history and further details about our yacht management and charter programme. YOUR OWN GULET.
